Backstage before the showcase gig that could change their lives, Xander, Clara and Johnny are each contemplating their individual goals with the band.

The three of them fight to keep their personal lives and truth from intruding on the night, but when their plans and preparation are thrown into disarray, the mask slips and their true feelings are unearthed.

 

Armed with the truth, the three of them struggle to comprehend their music careers slipping away from them, on the night when it was supposed to be their big break. When they eventually step on stage to play the gig and the audience is completely empty, they begin to question whether it’s all worth it.
